Camp-Ecole International (CEI) French Immersion Summer Camp for students 11 to 17 years old in Quebec. The camp is in Quebec City's suburb, on a School Campus - College St-Augustin. France-Canada youth exchange agreement This agreement allows Canadians and French youths ages 18 and 35 to travel to the other country to acquire university training, professional experience, an internship, and to perfect their knowledge of the language, culture, and society.
